Adam is choosing Help For Heroes because he hugely admires the military men and women who put their lives on the line and want to back up those for whom the battle still goes on out of uniform.
Marcus is raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support because in the past few years he's had a handful of close friends who have been diagnosed with cancer and have bravely completed their treatment and are now fit and well. This disease affects so many people and Macmillan offer such a robust network of support for individuals and their families who are affected by cancer.
Will is supporting the Alzheimers Society because of first hand experience of seeing the effects of dementia on our Grandmothers and the devastation it causes not just the individual but those who love and care for them
